Things get taken for granted. We often just live life not really being mindful of things. Time passes and then we ask ourselves where it went. You really don’t know what you got until it’s gone. Relationships, career moves, talents that were never nurtured, etc.
But are they really gone? Or is that something that’s put inside your mind by you? I used to think that it was too late for certain things. But, like they say, things happen for a reason, and things happen the way they were supposed to happen.
We don’t always understand it, and honestly, I still don’t understand it either, but we just need to forget all that. Live for the now, and be thankful for the opportunity to have another day to try again, whatever that may be. We need to learn to utilize every moment we have to advance, and make our lives better.
So don’t feed into all the regret and all the negative that happens. We have the power to survive this inside of us. Survive the broken hearts, survive the unemployment, survive the missed opportunities and life in general. It may seem difficult, and I won’t lie, it is at times, but don’t you want to be free? I know I do…

Thanks for the comment Drew. It’s hard sometimes, but we should never give up. It’s not how many times you fall, it’s how many times you get back up, right?
Thanks again.
Awesome post, i’ve just shared this on Twitter. The new hip hop artists just don’t kick it like the 90’s artists.
