We all have good days and bad days. And sure, sometimes the bad days can be a pain in the…..well, you know. But even though we all have days where things don’t go right, or the way they should, we need to try and maintain some sort of control of ourselves and how we handle situations.
Sometimes situations escalate and we try and control things, and they just get worse. You sometimes just HAVE to let go. Let go of any negativity from the past, and present. What good is it to hold onto something and not just let it go?
We must bring ourselves to a place where we have peace. Learning to be at peace helps you deal with all of life’s situations. Sure, at times things can get to a unbearable level, but stopping, and being at piece with yourself, with others, only helps us all.
“As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery. We have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger, attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion and a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness.” – Dalai Lama
